Tomato Chutney is another favourite accompaniment to Sindhi meals, usually paired with Sindhi koki, dal-chawar (rice) or to make a quick simple meal with chero fulko ( a simple whole wheat flatbread with red chilli powder and salt). Tomato chutney is made with a very few ingredients such as tomatoes, chillies and a bit of ginger.
The version of tomato chutney that I have posted here is by Diya Davara is with garlic, and can be stored for some time as it is made without adding any water.
